Approach and software tool for network modelling of ecosystems dynamics

Abstract
An approach and improved software tool for visual reconstruction and analysis of ecological systems network models – EcoNetStudio is presented. The indistinct formalized terminological basis is a feature of ecological systems. A computer ontology that supports description of macro- and microdynamics of such systems was created in order to reconstruction of ecological systems network models. Approbation of EcoNetStudio and computer ontology was carried out on a lake model.
