User-interface adaptation method based on hidden markov models

Abstract
This paper presents the new approach to user-interface (UI) adaptation that is partially verified. Author proposes the universal approach for calculation of UI simplification for end-user. The result has practical applications in telecom field (company Eyeline Communications). This work is based on the preceding paper extending the approach using hidden Markov models. Here author proposes the verification technique. Application chosen for approach testing is the high-load telecom end-user services UI adaptation.
