Outstanding characteristics of large scale systems of energy efficiency monitoring and control design

Abstract
The article surveys issue of large scale automation systems construction in the field of energy efficiency. Outstanding characteristics of large scale systems of energy efficiency monitoring and control design are discussed. General limitations and features of design of these systems as well as possible technical solutions are provided in the survey. These solutions include reuse of typical MES system architecture and its adaptation as well as different aspects of document workflow subsystem.
