Development of Tool for Environmental Impact Emission of Realization of Transport Megaprojects Based on an Example of Intercontinental Transport Corridor via the Bering Strait

The aim of this study is investigating of a new methodological approach to a comprehensive analysis of the environmental impact made by processes associated with the construction and operation of transport highways. The article is devoted to the research of the methods for assessment of environmental pollution, which were used to develop a software intended for experts in the field of ecology, in particular, to modeling and calculating key parameters affecting the environmental safety of regions. Machine earning algorithms are using to predict the GHG emissions and the energy consumed by the high-speed railway.
