Simulation of Microelectronic Device Design Cycle in the Process Approach to the Structural Organization of the Design Bureau

Abstract
A hybrid model of the project cycle microelectronic devices based on the process approach as a combination of a matrix model and in the form of state machines, suitable for use in an integrated information environment of the design bureau of circuits «System on a chip» is considered. The definition of the business process as applied to the design of microelectronic devices is given. The location of the business process in the structure of an integrated information environment of the design bureau is shown.
