Model-theoretic methods of integration of knowledge extracted from medical documents

Abstract
Статья посвящена методам представления знаний, интеграции знаний, извлеченных из разных источников, и порождения новых знаний. Подход основан на четырехуровневой модели представления знаний. Интеграция знаний, извлеченных из медицинских документов, и порождение новых оценочных знаний производится при помощи онтологической модели предметной области «Деформации позвоночника и дегенеративные заболевания позвоночника». Онтологическая модель состоит из онтологии, общих теоретических знаний, эмпирических знаний (прецедентов) и оценочных вероятностных знаний. Разработана программная система, предназначенная для предотвращения рисков возникновения критических состояний пациентов.
